摘要
为克服现有对外交通需求分析方法的不足,根据城市结点对外交通的特点,提出了一种'双四阶段'法来进行城市结点对外交通需求分析.该方法分两步进行,其中第一步为区域层面的交通分析,将城市结点作为一个整体交通分区,按区域交通需求分析的'四阶段'法,得到规划年城市结点出入境交通生成总量及经过城市的各条干线公路进、出城方向的路段交通量;第二步为结点层面的交通分析,将城市结点规划区划分为若干个内部交通分区,并在干线公路与规划境界线交叉处设置对外交通分区,运用第二轮'四阶段'法,得到规划年内部交通分区、对外交通分区的出入境交通、过境交通生成量及其间的分布量.镇江市综合交通规划对外交通分析预测应用实践表明,该方法综合了影响区法和境界线法的优点,克服了二者所存在的固有缺陷,因而分析结果更加符合实际情况.
In order to overcome the disadvantages of the existing method,a method called "dual fourstage" is put forward to analyze external traffic demand in city area according to the features of external traffic.The proposed method is carried out by two steps,and in the first step the city area is regarded as a whole traffic zone and the"four stage" method of regional traffic demand analysis is implemented to obtain the total generation volume of internal-external trips of city area and traffic volume on both directions of each arterial highways through the city on planning years; In the second step the planning area of city is divided into several parts as internal traffic zones,and the external traffic zones are set at the intersections of highways and cordon line,then a second round of "four stages" method is applied to obtain the trip generation and distribution of internal-external trips and external-external trips for internal traffic zones and external traffic zones on planning years.The practical application of the analysis of external traffic demand for comprehensive traffic planning of Zhenjiang City shows that the presented method combines the advantages of influence area method and cordon line method,and overcomes disadvantages of the both methods,thus the analysis results are more consistent with the real situation.
