澳大利亚政府制订出教师职业标准与职业技术教育(Technical and Further Education,简称TAFE)教师的准入资质,以此推进学校培养适应社会各个行业人才的需要。教师职业标准与TAFE教师的准入资质的颁布提高了澳大利亚教师素质与教学质量,对该国的教育与经济发展起着重要的作用。本文着重分析澳大利亚教师职业标准与TAFE学院的教师资质,以便对我国教育与职业教育的发展有所启发。

The Australia Government established Professional Standards for Teachers and TAFE Teacher Qualifications to meet the requirements of industries. The standards and qualifications improve and strengthen teacher qualifications and student outcomes. They play an important role in the development of the education and economy of Australia. This article analyzes the standards and qualifications, so that the educational system of China may benefit from them.
