提高大学生就业稳定性的对策研究

On Improving Students' Employment Stability

大学生是国家宝贵的人才资源,其就业稳定问题不仅关系到学生个人未来的发展、家庭的幸福、学校的办学,而且关系到国家经济建设与和谐社会的构建,关系到广大人民群众的切身利益。本文在分析大学生就业状况和稳定差的原因基础上,对如何提高其就业稳定性给出了相关对策。

College students are the country＇s valuable human resources, so employment stability of college students is important not only for students＇ personal development, family happiness, and the school running, but also crucial for national economic development and the construction of harmonious society, and it is related to the vital interests of the masses as well. This paper analyzes college students＇ employment status and causes of poor stability, based on which strategies for improving the stability of their employment are proposed.
