摘要
应用SohdWorks软件在完成MAN B&W 5S60MC-C型大型船用低速柴油机曲柄连杆机构装配体设计的基础上,再利用SohdWorks软件动画制作功能实现柴油机曲柄连杆机构虚拟装配及运动仿真。虚拟装配及运动仿真结果可以代替实物直观、生动展示柴油机曲柄连杆机构的结构和工作原理,并可以进行干涉检查,可以验证装配序列和装配路径的可行性,分析最佳装配次序等进一步的检测。
The article introduces how to achieve the virtual assembly and motion simulation of marine diesel engine Crank-connecting Rod Mechanism, based on the assembly design with Solidworks software. The animation is intuitive and vivid, and show the structure and action principle of Marine Diesel Engine anlsm. it can replace the physical, Crank-connecting Rod Mechanism.
