摘要
论述了6S管理的概念及含义,提出将6S管理应用到造船企业仓储管理的具体内容,并介绍了6S管理的实施步骤和注意事项,应用6S管理,有助于进一步提高造船企业仓储管理水平,降低造船企业物流成本。
Contents for application of 6S management in shipbuilding enterprises are suggested,and implementing steps and attention points for 6S management are introduced. This paper indicates that the 6S management can improve warehousing management level of shipbuilding enterprises and reduce shipbuilding enterprises logistic cost.
