同批黄芪药材分类提取研究

Investigation in Extraction Methods in the Same Batch of Astragalus

目的:对同一批黄芪药材中常见的三类成分(多糖、皂苷、黄酮)进行分离,避免因成分的重叠导致活性研究不确定的现象。方法:采用聚酰胺、AB-8型大孔树脂等分离方法对黄芪中多糖、皂苷和黄酮类物质的提取工艺进行研究,并对提取物含量进行测定。结果:对同一批黄芪药材分离多糖、皂苷和黄酮类物质方案可行,且三类提取物中成分不存在交叉现象。结论:今后对黄芪中不同成分活性的研究可采取同批分类提取的方法。

Objective：Separate three types of components in the same batch of Astragalus, including polysaccharides, saponins and flavonoids, in order to avoid uncertain activity because of overlapping constituents. Methods：Investigate the extraction methods of polysaccharides, saponins and flavonoids in Astragalus with Polyamide, macroporous resin （AB-8） etc. , and determine the content of the extracts. Results： It is feasible to separate the three extracts in the same hatch of Astragaius with none of each parts overlap- ping. Conclusion ： The reasereh of activity of components in Astragalus may extract in the same batch of herbs.
