面肌训练结合超短波治疗周围性面神经炎疗效观察

Effect of Facial Exercise Combined with Short Wave diathermy on Peripheral Facial Neuritis

目的:观察面肌训练结合超短波治疗周围性面神经炎的效果。方法:将96例周围性面神经炎患者随机分为对照组与观察组各48例,对照组患者只接受常规内科药物治疗加超短波治疗,而观察组患者在此基础上按照设计的面肌操进行面肌训练。疗程结束后对两组患者进行疗效评价。结果:治疗3个疗程后,观察组患者总有效率达95.83%,明显高于对照组的81.25%(P<0.05)。结论:面肌训练结合超短波治疗对周围性面神经炎患者具有较好的治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To observe the effect of facial exercise combined with short wave diathermy on peripheral facial neuritis. Methods： Ninty-six cases of peripheral facial neuritis patients were divided into two groups, control group：48 cases（receiving regu- lar neurology medicine treatment and short wave diathermy） and observation group： 48 cases （receiving regular neurology medicine treatment and short wave diathermy and facial exercise）. The treatment effect of two groups were compared after 3 course of treat- ment. Results： After 3 course of treatment, the total effective rate in observation group was 95.83 %, which was significantly higher than 81.25 % in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The facial exercise combined short wave diathermy has a remarkable effect on peripheral facial neuritis.
