鸡源粪肠球菌的分离鉴定

Isolation and Identification of Chicken -origin Enterococcus Faecalis

为丰富粪肠球菌（Enterococcus faecalis）菌种来源，本研究从鸡肠道内容物中分离获得9株疑似肠球菌的细菌，并对其分别编号。通过形态特征、生理生化鉴定、16S rDNA分子鉴定3种方法鉴定分离获得的9株细菌，研究结果显示，分离获得的9株菌中有4株是粪肠球菌，分别是粪肠球菌HEW—A107、粪肠球菌HEW—A109、粪肠球菌HEW—A110和粪肠球菌HEW—A113。

In order to enrich bacteria source of Enterococcus faecalis, nine suspicious strains of Enterococcus were isolated from contents of chicken intestine and respectively numbered. They were identified by morphological characteristics, physiological and biochemical identification and 16S rDNA molecular identification. The results showed that four of them are Enterococcus faecalis. They were Enterococcus faecalis HEW -A107, Enterococcus faecalis HEW- A109, Enterococcus faecalis HEW- A110 and Enterococcus faecalis HEW- A113.
