摘要
将CaO负载在工业镁渣上,制备了CaO/MS催化剂,并将其用于棉籽油与甲醇的酯交换反应,用CO2-TPD、XRD、FT-IR等方法对该催化剂进行了表征。结果表明,催化剂的活性与弱碱性位无关,而与中强碱性位和强碱性位明显相关。设计了四因素三水平的正交试验来优化酯交换反应条件,在最优反应条件下生物柴油收率高于91%.
In this paper, CaO was loaded on the industrial magnesium slag to form CaO/MS catalyst. The catalyst was applied in the transesterification of cottonseed oil with methanol and its properties was characterized by CO2-TPD,XRD,FT-IR. The results show that the activity of catalyst had nothing to do with weak basic sites, however, medium strong basic sites and strong sites had an effect on transesterification. The 4-factor-3-level orthogonal experiment was designed for optimizing the reaction conditions. The optimal conditions for the transesterification were obtained, under which the yield of biodiesel exceeded 91%.
