摘要
以煤炭自燃指标气体浓度参数的实时测量为背景,设计了一种利用通用分组无线业务(GPRS)技术与MSP430F149单片机相结合的气体浓度无线监测系统,该系统主要由气体传感模块、数据采集与处理模块和通信模块组成。详细介绍了系统的硬件软件设计方案以及数据的无线传输协议,最后的实验测试证明本系统可以用来实现对指标气体的探测。
In order to monitor the concentration of indicator gases in real time before coal burns spontaneously, a wireless monitoring system was designed using general packet radio service (GPRS) communication technology and MSP430 micro control unit (MCU). The system mainly consisted of three modules, which were the gas sensors, the data acquisition and processing, and the GPRS communication. Meanwhile, the design scheme of hardware, software, and the protocol settings of data wireless communication were also introduced in detail. At last, the results of experiment prove that this system was suitable for detecting the indicator gases.
