基于BBS的煤矿未遂事件研究

在阐述未遂事件国内外的研究状况及我国煤炭行业未遂事件研究必要性的基础上,选取太原某煤矿采煤工作为试验对象,记录并分析未遂事件的发生,运用BBS法对通过灰色关联法对选取的关键行为进行管理。试验运用安全行为指数(SI)和未遂事件发生量来描述采煤工的安全行为变化及检验BBS对未遂事件的管理效果。试验结果显示采煤工在试验中的SI上升约10%,未遂事件发生率下降约30%,表明基于BBS法的煤矿未遂事件研究能够有效纠正人的不安全行为,提高安全行为水平,降低未遂事件发生率,从而减少煤矿伤害事故发生。

On the basis of the Near-Miss research situation both at home and abroad and the necessity of research of the coal industry in our country, the authors selected a mine coal in Taiyuan as test object, recorded and analyzed the Near-Miss, and used BBS method to manage the selected key behavior. The test used safety behavior index （SI） and Near-Miss amount to describe the coal-getter＇ s safety behavior change and to check the test results. The test results show that the coal test SI increased by about 10%, Near-Miss incidence decreased about 30%, suggesting that coal mine Near-Miss study based on BBS method can effectively correct people＇s unsafe behavior, reduce the incidence of Near-Miss, so as to reduce coal mine accidents.
