植酸酶对樱桃谷肉鸭生长性能和氮、磷排泄的影响 被引量:5

Effects of Phytase on Growth Performance and Excretion of Nitrogen and Phosphorus of Cherry Valley Meat Ducks

摘要 本试验旨在研究植酸酶对樱桃谷肉鸭生长性能和氮、磷排泄的影响。选取1日龄樱桃谷肉鸭720只,随机分为3个处理,每个处理3个重复,每个重复80只。试验I组为正对照组,饲喂基础日粮;试验Ⅱ组为负对照组,在正对照组日粮基础上钙和有效磷水平降低;试验Ⅲ组在负对照组基础上添加1000U/kg植酸酶。试验期为39d。结果表明,与试验I组相比,试验Ⅱ和Ⅲ组肉鸭1-39日龄平均采食量显著降低(P〈0.05);与试验Ⅱ组相比,试验Ⅲ组肉鸭全期生长性能无显著性的改善(P〉0.05);与试验I组相比,试验Ⅱ和Ⅲ组显著提高了肉鸭日粮氮磷利用率(P〈0.05),同时降低了粪便中氮磷排泄量(P〈0.05),且试验Ⅲ组优于Ⅱ组(P〉0.05)。综上,肉鸭日粮中添加植酸酶有助于降低肉鸭氮磷排泄,减轻对环境的污染。 The experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of phytase on growth performance and excretion of nitrogen and phosphorus of Cherry Valley meat ducks. A total of 720 one-day-age Cherry Valley meat ducks were randomly divided into 3 groups with 3 replicates of 80 ducks each. The dietary treatments were as follows: group I was fed with basic diet without phytase as positive control group;group II was fed with basic diet with reduced calcium and available phosphorus as negative control group; group III was fed with diet II plused 1 000 U/kg phytase. The experiment lasted for 39 d. The results showed that compared with group I ,average daily feed intake at 1 to 39 days of age decreased significantly in group II and III (P〈0.05); Compared with group II ,growth performance in group III was not significantly improved for the whole experiment (P〉0.05)period. Compared with group I ,the utilization of nitrogen and phosphorus significantly increased (P〈0.05)and the excretion of nitrogen and phosphorus decreased in group II and III (P〈0.05). The utilization and excretion of nitrogen and phosphorus in group III better than group II (P〉0.05). In conclusion, supplementation of phytase decreased the excretion of nitrogen and phosphorus for meat ducks and reduced the pollution of environment.
