摘要
随着油田老化和原油产量逐渐降低,原油管道正在面临低输量运行的困扰。对于低输量热油管道常用的正反输和间歇输送的动力费用和燃料费用分别建立模型,对比分析了相同日输量条件下,正反输送和间歇输送的经济性。研究认为在条件允许的情况下对低输量热油管道采用间歇输送或部分季节采用间歇输送运行方式,具有很好的经济效益和社会效益。
With oilfield entering latter period of developing and oil production decrease,more and more hot oil pipelines run at low flow rate.This condition caused great waste of energy and increased security risks.Power consumption and fuel costs models were established on normal and opposite direction transportation and intermittent transportation of low flow rate hot oil pipelines.Then economic results were contrasted on the same flow rate.Studies suggest that,under the same condition,using intermittent transportation can achieved good economic and social benefits.
