激光光凝手术在各类眼底疾病治疗中的应用效果

Application effect of laser photocoagulation surgery in the treatment of various types retinal diseases

目的:探讨激光光凝手术在各种眼底疾病治疗中的临床疗效及不良反应的控制对策。方法:选择我院2010年3月-2012年10月收治的各种眼底病患者62例73眼作为观察组,采用视网膜激光光凝术治疗,并针对围术期可能出现的不良反应采取一定的控制对策。选择同期服用药物沃丽汀治疗的各种眼底病患者62例81眼作为对照组,两组治疗后均随访6个月,观察比较两组患者临床疗效及不良反应情况。结果:观察组总有效率为90.32%,对照组总有效率为75.81%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者服药期间不良反应主要表现为过敏、胃肠道不适,但停药后自行消失,两组均未出现其他严重的不良反应。结论:各类眼底疾病应用激光光凝手术治疗具有良好的临床效果,围术期采取一定的控制对策可避免严重的光凝不良反应。

Objective：To investi gate the surgical laser photocoagulation control strategies clinical efficacy and adverse reactions in the treatment of various retinal diseases. Methods：in our hospital in March 2010-a variety of ocular fundus patients in October 2012 of 62 cases 73 were treated as the observation group,using retinal laser photocoagulation treatment and take some control for perioperative adverse reactions may occur countermeasures. Select the same period Jolethin medication treatment of various ocular fundus 62 patients 81 as a control group,were followed up for 6 months after treatment,the two groups were observed and compared the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions. The results observed total effective rate was 90.32% in the control group,the total effective rate was 75.81%,the overall efficiency of the two groups had statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）;adverse reactions of patients in the control group during the medication mainly for allergies,gastrointestinal discomfort,but disappear after treatment,both groups were not there other serious adverse reactions. Conclusion：The application of various types of retinal laser photocoagulation surgery for diseases with good clinical results,perioperative take some control strategies to avoid serious adverse reactions photocoagulation .
