某游泳馆树状结构两分叉铸钢节点静力性能及倒角半径影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 某游泳馆采用3D3S结构设计软件进行整体建模计算,通过此工程中应用树状结构两分叉铸钢节点,以其轴力、弯矩、轴力和弯矩共同作用三种工况下节点的应力为分析对象进行计算,分析节点应力分布特征及最大应力出现的位置;研究不同倒角半径对节点受力性能的影响,得到了圆角化处理可以避免节点产生应力集中、内力形式影响最大应力值与最大应力出现位置以及选取适当倒角半径可以显著地降低节点的应力集中等结论。 In a swimming pool project, bifurcate cast steel nodes are used in the tree-type structure and 3D3S structure design software is used for integral modeling calculation of the swimming pool, on the following aspects. The node stress is calculated under three different working conditions, including axial force, bending moment and mutual effect of axial force and bending moment, node stress distribution characteristics and position of maximum stress are analyzed; after research on the influence of different fillet radiuses on node capacity, it is found that fillet treatment could avoid concentration of node stress, lining form may influence the value and position of maximum stress, and appropriate fillet radius could obviously reduce the concentration of node stress.
