摘要
针对地方本科院校重教师轻学生的传统教学模式、重理论轻技能的传统考核模式和重考试轻创新的传统培养模式,分别构建了"理论教学+实验教学+网络教学"的三级教学模式、"笔考+机试"的二级考核模式和"知识+技能+创新"的三级人才培养模式。通过研发自主学习信息平台、通用图文试题库和在线考试系统,实施"三教二考三培养"IT人才培养模式,提高学生自主学习能力,积累过硬的职业技能和创新能力,增强就业竞争力。
Due to traditional teaching mode that values teachers against students, appraisal mode that values theories against skills and training mode that values examinations against innovations in local undergraduate colleges, three-stage teaching mode of "theory + experiment + internet", two-stage appraisal mode of "written test + computer-based test" and three-stage training mode of "knowledge + skills + innovation" are established respectively, in order to enhance students' self-learning capability, vocational creativity and employment competitiveness.
