摘要
我国公共景区门票价格问题一直以来是社会公众高度关注的焦点话题。文章将基于市场失灵及政府失灵的视角来探究景区的门票价格管理中存在的若干问题,并对解决"双重失灵"现象提出了四项合理化路径:进行管理体制改革、运用市场激励制度、给予地方管理的公共景区自我调价权及提供更多的旅游产品。
The ticket price of scenic spots in China has long been a focus topic of public attention , with some problems existing in scenic spot ticket price management. This paper made a study of these problems from the perspectives of the market failure and government failure. It put forward four suggestions, carrying out the reform of management system, adopting the market incentive system, giving the pricing right to the scenic spots run by the local government and providing more tourist products.
