民事检察监督作为法律监督的重要内容之一,在修改后民事诉讼法和民事诉讼法监督规则中得到了加强,监督范围扩大、监督方式增加、监督手段强化等,尤其表现在司法实践中正在运行的同级监督制度中。受多种因素影响,法律对同级监督提出了新的更高要求,同级监督面临更大挑战。面对新要求新挑战,除完善法律规定,检察机关必须多措并举,主动探索和积极拓展民事检察同级监督发展的新空间,维护司法公正和权威,维护当事人的合法权益。

After modifying the Civil Procedure Law and Rules of Civil Procedure Supervision, civil prosecutorial supervision as an important part of legal supervision, has been strengthened in expanding supervision scope, increasing supervision methods, and reinforcing supervision means,etc. It is especially in running monitoring system at the same level in the judicial practice. Affected by many factors, it puts forward higher requirements for the same level of supervision, which faces greater challenges. Faced with new requirements and new challenges, procuratorial organs should take more initiatives to explore, actively develop new space to oversee the development of civil prosecution, safeguard the fairness and authority of justice and protect the legitimate rights and interests of the parties.
