US universities have a long tradition of inviting celebrities to their commencement ceremony to deliver keynote speeches, which are of a significant educational nature and have many qualities in common. However, specific researches on the aesthetic rhetoric of these speeches are rarely seen in China. The beauty of rhetoric in terms of phonetics, structure and way of thinking is one of the important aspects of fineness that can＇ t be neglected when these speeches are appreciated.
