The reform of teaching evaluation in Open University is aimed at establishing a diversified teaching evaluation model to promote the comprehensive development of teachers and students. Diversified teaching evaluation mode puts incentive and improved functions of evaluation in the first step, emphasizing the diversification of evaluating subject and bringing the content, standards and methods into the open. Based on years of teaching evaluation practice of open education, Guangzhou Open University initially has established diversified teaching evaluation modes in the aspects of teaching and learning, which are adapted to the ob- jective of training talented students in open education, aiming to promote teaching and learning.
