摘要
本文叙述了利用测试数据,快速、准确地判断ARIES采集站常见故障的方法。主要介绍了通过对比分析噪音和外部共模的测试数据,快速判断出故障点是在模拟板之前还是真正有元器件出了问题;在八道模拟数据都不合格和单独某道模拟数据不合格时不同的维修方法和步骤;单独某道总谐波失真测试数据超出正常指标很大与一道或多道总谐波失真测试数据超出正常指标很小时不同的故障判断方法。并介绍了传输的测试原理、测试结果显示以及不同传输故障的分析等。
This paper introduced the way how to judge the common fault of ARIES acquisition station quickly and correct- ly. Though comparison and analysis of the testing data about the noise with the external common mode, we can quickly determine the fault point is before the analog board or in components. This paper described the different repair methods and steps for different fault, such as 8 channel data are all not qualified or single channel analog data failed, only one channel harmonic distortion or many channels harmonic distortion. In addition, this paper introduced the transmission testing principle and testing results display as well as different trouble analysis.
