社会组织统战工作是构建社会统战平台的有效手段。新时期统战工作方式出现了由工具模式向理念模式的转变。在社会网络视阈中,社会组织统战工作暴露出网络的封闭性与排他性、网络效能相对薄弱、网络嵌入的选择性和固化性、社团间弱关系程度深化并滞碍信息传递和资源交换、网络结构洞普遍化,不利于发挥社团的整体统战效用等弊端,从而滞碍统战工作的开展。因此,统战部门需从以下五个方面寻找对治之策:抓典型,树代表,加固内部结构,打破外部壁垒;注重党组织建设,着眼网络结构调整,充分发挥网络效能;注重制度规范,引导个人网络建构;转换自身角色,发挥职能优势,充分利用弱关系优势推进统战工作;合理利用和积极弥补结构洞,整体推进社会组织统战工作。基于社会网络理念的社会组织统战工作符合新时期社会统战的理念和要求,但仍需进一步的深入研究。

Social organizations united front work is an effective means to build the united front platform .The way of working changes from tool model to concept model .From the perspective of social networks , social organizations united front work exposes closeness and exclusiveness , and the network performance is relatively weak , hindering information transfer and resources exchanges .It is not conducive to the united front work .Therefore , the united front need to make countermeasures from the following five aspects：grasp typical examples , cultivate represents , reinforce internal structure and break external barriers; emphasis party building , focus on network restructuring , give full play to its network performance;focus on system rules to guide personal network building; convert their role , make full use of the advantages to promote united front work ;rational use and actively compensate for structural holes , and prmote so-cial organizations united front work .Social organization united front work , based on the concept of social network con-cepts, meets the requirements of society united front , but still need further research .
