摘要
目的:观察用药行为指导对老年糖尿病患者血糖和生存质量的影响,总结用药行为指导措施。方法:将社区448例老年糖尿病患者分为实验组和对照组,对照组采取常规护理;实验组在此基础上给予患者用药行为指导。结果:两组患者空腹血糖比较,实验组干预前后差异有显著性(P<0.05),用药行为指导干预后实验组与对照组差异有显著性(P<0.05);两组患者生存质量特异性量表(DSQL)的四个维度(包括生理维度、心理维度、社会关系维度和治疗维度)评分,实验组干预前后差异均有显著(P<0.05),用药行为指导干预后实验组与对照组差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:用药行为指导能加强老年糖尿病患者正确安全用药能力,增加依从性,有效降低血糖,提高患者的生存质量。
Objective To study the influence of drug-taking behavior of elder patients with diabetes on blood glucose and life quality. Methods 448 cases of elder patients with diabetes were divided into two groups. Routine nursing was treated in control group. Routine nursing and guidance on drug-taking behavior were treated in experimental group. Results There had significant differences of blood glucose before and after intervention in experimental group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. And there hadsignificant differences of blood glucose between experimental and control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The scores of four dimensions of scale of DSQL were significantly different before and after intervention in experimental group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. And they were significantly different between experimental and control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. ConclusionGuidance on drug-taking behavior can promote safe medication of elder patients with diabetes, effectively reduce blood glucose and improve their life quality.
