摘要
目的研究附子正丁醇萃取物的化学成分。方法采用色谱技术进行分离纯化,利用理化性质及波谱技术鉴定化合物结构。结果从附子的正丁醇萃取物分离得到9个生物碱,分别鉴定为尼奥灵(1)、附子灵(2)、异塔拉定(3)、subcusine(4)、塔拉萨敏(5)、川附子碱A(6)、易混翠雀花碱(7)、14-acetylkarakoline(8)、delstaphisine 8,14-deacetate(9)。结论化合物9为新天然产物,化合物8为首次从该属中分离得到,化合物6和7为首次从该植物中分离得到。
AIM To study the chemical constituents of n-BuOH extract of the lateral roots of Aconitum car-michaelii. METHODS The constituents were isolated by column chromatography on silica gel and Sephadex LH-20,and identified by spectroscopic methods. RESULTS Nine alkaloids were isolated from the n-BuOH extract and identified as neoline( 1),fuziline( 2),isotalatizidine( 3),subcusine( 4),talatisamine( 5),senbusine A( 6),condelphine( 7),14-acetylkarakoline( 8),delstaphisine 8,14-deacetate( 9). CONCLUSION Compound( 9) is a new natural product,compound 8 is obtained from the genus Aconitum for the first time,and compounds 6 and 7 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
