科技创新、金融资本与经济增长相关性的研究综述——兼论卡萝塔·佩蕾丝的《技术革命与金融资本》

Research Summary on the Correlation of Technology Innovation,Financial Capital,and Economic Growth ——Concurrently Discuss “Technological Revolutions and Financial Capital” of Carlota Perez

通过对科技创新、金融资本与经济增长内在相关性的文献研究梳理过程中发现,现有的研究成果或囿于新古典经济学理论框架之中做细枝末节的修补,或有意回避三者之间所存在的相关性而进行片面的静态研究。在此基础上,就卡萝塔·佩蕾丝的《技术革命与金融资本》进行了简要评述,介绍卡萝塔所提出的以复杂系统的角度来探讨三者关系的理论创新性和现实可行性,并对书中值得商榷之处进行说明。

Through investigating the papers on inherent relevant among technology innovation,financial capital,and economic growth,this paper finds that existing results either are constrained by the new classical economics theory to repair the minor details,or intent to avoid the relevant of the three issues and make unilateral static study. On this basis,this paper makes brief review on“Technological revolutions and Financial Capital”written by Carlota Perez,and studies the innovation of theory and feasibility about the three issues from perspective of complex system. This paper investigates some points be deliberated,in order to play important role in follow - up study.
