摘要
基于R&D活动产出与投入在时间上的滞后关系,建立改进的考虑滞后期因素的C2R模型和C2GS2模型,并利用这两个模型,对上海市各行业规模以上工业企业R&D资源配置效率进行实证比较分析,有助于正确认识各行业工业企业R&D活动效率情况,并基于分析结果,对非DEA有效产业,提出了一些改进对策。
Considering the lagging effect of outputs compared with inputs in R&D activity,the paper establishes the improved C2R model and C2GS2 model,and uses them to take analysis on optimizing the allocation of R&D resources of Shanghai up - scale industrial enterprises in various industries. This will make contribution to understanding the R&D efficiency. Based on the results of the analysis,some advices would be proposed.
