摘要对大学专利技术转移组织的功能、运营机制、绩效影响因素及外部政策的现有研究成果进行系统述评,并在此基础上提出"制度-资源-能力"协同的TTO发展模型,以期为我国大学专利技术转移组织的构建提供参考。 This article conducted a systematic literature review about the function,operation mechanism,performance factors,and external policies of university patent technology transfer organization,and made prospects for the future research in order to provide meaningful information for construction of China’s TTO.
