摘要
通过分析大型仪器研制项目过程管理的基本特征和存在问题,从组织管理体系建设、进度管理、经费管理、资产和合同管理以及质量管理几个方面论述了如何加强该类项目的过程管理。
The paper analyzes the characters and problems of process management of large - scale instrument and equipment R ＆D projects,and puts forward some suggestions on how to promote it. These strategies are concerned with management system construction,schedule,funds,asset,contract and quality management.
