摘要
实施跨区域经营战略是中国企业提升国际竞争力的一个有效途径。但市场分割的存在却严重制约了企业的跨区域经营,如何应对市场分割的影响对企业成功实施跨区域经营战略至关重要。在分析市场分割概念内涵和成因的基础上,详细分析其对企业跨区域经营的影响,认为市场分割一方面增加了企业跨区域经营的成本并抑制了其创新,另一方面又可能为企业提供了制度套利的机会。最后指出应对市场分割则需要政府部门和企业的共同努力。
Implementing geographic diversification strategy is an effective way to enhance the international competitiveness of Chinese enterprises. However,the existence of market segmentation has severely restricted the geographic diversification strategy. How to deal with the impact of market segmentation is crucial for enterprises successfully implementing geographic diversification strategy. After analyzing the connotation and antecedents of market segmentation,this paper analyses the effect of market segmentation on geographic diversification. On the one hand,market segmentation makes the operating cost of enterprises increased and its innovation inhibited;on the other hand,it may provide the enterprises with chance of institutional arbitrage. Finally,it is necessary for government departments and enterprises to work together to deal with the impact of market segmentation.
