从郑和下西洋视角,探讨中国海洋文化由开放走向内敛的过程,指出目前我国发展海洋文化发展存在的问题。希望通过唤醒国人海洋意识,实施科教兴海战略,提升海洋文化发展品位,创新海洋制度文化,通过海洋文化创新带动海洋经济发展,走海洋强国之路。

Starting from the ocean culture propagated by Zheng He′s voyage,we discuss the process of China Marine culture experience from open to close,pointing out the problems of the development of China′s marine culture. We hope to wake up people′s sea conscious,carry out the strategies of science and education,upgrade the development of marine culture,and innovate the marine institutional culture and other marine culture to promote the development of marine economy, and our country would become a marine power.
