摘要
通过调查日本媒体公开报道的大学学术论文不端行为,发现日本大学学术不端行为广泛存在。捏造或篡改科研数据、剽窃、重复发表、违反研究伦理等是常见的学术不端行为。其中,捏造和篡改科研数据发生频次最多,日本大学对当事人处罚相当严厉。
Investigation of cases involving paper - related academic misconducts reported by Japanese mass media showed that academic misconducts were widespread in Japanese Universities. Falsifications and fabrications,plagiaries,duplicate publications and violation of research ethics were very common problems. Among them,the most - frequently - occurred was falsification and fabrication of research data. Misconduct penalties were quite severe.
