捕食线虫性真菌—少孢节丛孢菌口服生物制剂安全性试验 被引量:3

Safety of Oral Biologics Based on Nematode Trapping Fungi—Arthrobotrys oligospora

摘要 为研究少孢节丛孢菌口服生物制剂的安全性,将20只6月龄绵羊分成4组,前3组分别灌服含有1.0×105、1.0×106、1.0×107少孢节丛孢菌分生孢子口服生物制剂,第4组为对照组灌服灭菌的生理盐水,灌服后连续30d观察绵羊的各项临床指标;并在7d后每组分别剖检2只绵羊,无菌采集绵羊各器官组织,进行组织切片和少孢节丛孢菌的分离鉴定;另外,将12只感染捻转血矛线虫后的绵羊分成3组,灌服3个不同剂量的生物制剂后测定其对粪便中线虫的捕食活性。结果表明,绵羊的精神状态、食欲、饮水、体温、粪便、增量正常;绵羊肝脏、脾脏、肾脏、肠道淋巴结等组织器官没有出现病理变化;也未从上述组织中分离出少孢节丛孢菌;3个不同剂量的生物制剂均可显著降低绵羊粪便中的幼虫数量。研究结果证实,少孢节丛孢菌口服生物制剂安全有效,无毒副作用。 To understand the safety of oral biological agents based on Arthrobotrys oligospora, 20 six- month-old sheep were divided into four groups, three groups were fed with 1.0 x 10^5, 1.0 x 10^6 and 1.0 x 10^7 (spores) biologics, respectively, 4th group was fed sterile saline as the control. Sheep's clinical symptoms were observed for 30 days after oral intake. After 7 days, two sheep were slaughtered, and organs were collected aseptically for histopathology and isolation of Arthrobotrys oligospora to study the safety of oral biologics, respectively. Other 12 sheep were infected with Haernonchus contortus, and then divided into three groups which fed respectively with different doses of biological agents to determine its prey nematode activity in feces. The results showed that sheep's clinical symptoms such as mental status, diet, drinking, body temperature and mass gain were normal after oral intake of biological agents; liver, spleen, kidney, intestinal lymph nodes and other organs had no path- ological changes, but also Arthrobotrys oligospora was not separated. Three doses of biologics couldsignificantly reduce the number of larvae in sheep feces. This study proved that the oral biological agent based on Arthrobotrys oligospora is safe and effective.
