西南不同主产地生姜中6-姜酚含量的测定 被引量:1

Determination of 6-gingerol in ginger from different habitats in southwest China

摘要 采用HPLC法测定了西南不同主产地7种生姜中6-姜酚的含量,为生姜在医药保健方面的合理利用提供科学依据。方法:色谱柱为Diamonsil C18(5μm,4.6×250mm);流动相为乙腈∶水=66∶34(体积比);柱温30℃;流速1.0mL/min;波长280nm;进样量:10μL。结果:经检测,贵州长顺和四川键为白口生姜中6-姜酚含量最高,分别为9.7mg/g和9.2mg/g。 This paper determines the contents of 6 -gingerol in seven kinds of medicinal gingers in southwest China, which provides scientific references for reasonable utilization of ginger in medical care and health. Method: Chromatographic column is Diamonsil C18 (51μm,4.6 × 250mm) ; Mobile phase: acetonitrile : water = 66:34 (volume ratio) ; the column temperature is 30℃ ; The flow rate is 1.0ml/min, the detection wavelength is 280 nm, and the sample volume is 10μl. Result: via detecting: the content of 6 -gingerol in the medicinal ginger of Changshun, Guizhou and Jianwei Baikou, Sichuan is 9.7mg/g and 9.2mg/g respectively, the highest in southwest China.
