城镇化背景下城乡土地、劳动力协调机制分析

Analysis on Coordination Mechanism of Urban- rural Land and Labor under the background of Urbanization

城镇化是经济发展必经的阶段,也是实现农村土地报酬递增、农村人口市民化流动的重要途径。现阶段随着城镇化的加速,农民迫切希望进城务工,但是由于户籍制度以及社会保障制度的不完善使得农民不愿意完全离开土地。为了加速我国城镇化进程的发展,以城乡土地和劳动力为研究对象,通过对两者协调机制的分析,分别从土地、劳动力两个维度提出加速两者城乡要素流动的建议。

Urbanization is a necessary stage for economic and social development, and a key mean of increasing returns to the rural land and mobility of rural residents. With the acceleration of urbanization, the farmers are keen to migrant workers, but the household registration system and social security system are not perfect for the farmers, so they don＇ t want to leave the land entirely. In order to accelerate the development of urbanization in China, taking land and labour as the research object, we propose to accelerate the flow of urban and rural elements through the analysis of the coordination mechanism.
