对济源市知识产权实用人才培养模式现状进行了分析,认为当前济源市培养模式水平不高,深度不够,与之相对应的知识产权实用人才培养模式还远没成熟,需要进一步加以探索完善,包括准确定位培养目标,明确培养要求和职业岗位能力以及开设必要课程等。

The analysis on current intellectual property talents mode finds that the intellectual property training in Jiyuan city is at the initial stage, the training level is not high and and the corresponding intellectual property talents training mode is not mature. It points that further improvement is needed in the aspects of accurate position, training objectives, training requirements and occupation post ability and offering necessary courses.
