摘要
分析了高职院校职业指导课程体系存在的问题,阐述了课程体系设计的原则、理念及思路,设计了"服务一个中心、两条主线并进、三个维度互动、四层主体联动、五大平台支撑、六个阶段衔接"的全程化、全员化职业指导课程体系,指出了教学实践中可能存在的教学冲突及解决方案,以期切实提高职业指导的实际效果。
This paper analyzes the problems of career guidance curriculum system in vocational colleges, elaborates curriculum system' s design principles, concepts and ideas, designs the vocational guidance curriculum system whose characteristic is "service for a center, two main lines in hand, the three dimensions of interaction, the linkage of four layer, five support platform, connection of six stages ". This paper indicates teaching conflict and solutions in teaching practice in order to improve the practical effect of vocational guidance.
