摘要
以通用双转台五轴数控平台为研究对象,分析了双转台五轴数控平台的X、Y、Z 3个坐标轴的直线进给运动和A、C旋转轴的机械结构,坐标轴设置及五轴坐标变换关系,并推导出该类双转台五轴数控平台后置处理坐标转换计算公式和转角换算公式.通过编辑的五轴坐标变换程序得到的实验数据和仿真结果,表明双转台五轴数控平台运动坐标分析是正确的.
The paper mainly studies dual table five-axis CNC platform. Mechanical structure of X, Y, Z three axes linear feed motion, A, C, axis of rotation, and five-axis coordinate transformation of the dual table five-axis CNC platform are analyzed. The formula of coordinate transformation and the angle conversion of the dual table five-axis CNC platform for post processing are derived. The program of coordinate transformation for dual table five-axis CNC platform is edited. Finally, the experimental data and simulation result show that the dual table analyses of five axis NC platform motion coordinate is correct.
