On Formulation and implementation of the Target Management Index of the Vocational Colleges

高职高专院校要根据办学层次特征、结合行业部门和区域经济社会发展方向,制订切合学校发展的目标管理指标体系。指标体系在实践教学、科研管理、师资管理、教育教学质量评价等方面突出高职高专办学特色。通过目标管理将学校的整体目标分解为各部门的具体工作目标,逐年提升办学实力。

The vocational colleges should formulate the target management index system according to the different level of vocational colleges feature,combined with the direction of the industry sector and regional economic and social development to meet targets for school development.The index system of the vocational colleges has to highlight the characteristics in teaching,practice teaching,research and management, faculty management and education quality evaluation.What＇s more the colleges should also decompose the overall objective of the school to specific objectives of each department with the help of the target management and improve the school strength year after year.
