No/Al2O3催化剂乙醇水蒸气重整制氢反应机理研究

摘要 采用浸渍法制备了10wt%ZnO/Al2O3催化剂,考察了该催化剂在水醇摩尔比为3、常压、450℃工作条件下乙醇水蒸气重整(SKE)制氢反应性能。结果表明,在该催化剂上SRE反应的主要产物为H2、CH3CHO、C2144、CH3COOH、C02以及CH3COCH3。H2O:C2H5OH摩尔比在3时C2H5OH转化率达38%,H2选择性达40%。利用XRD等表征手段考察了催化剂的物理化学性质,提出了SRE反应在ZnO/Al2O3催化剂上的反应机理。
