摘要
目的:探索"一对一带教"模式对临床教学质量的影响。方法:对2009年7月-2013年10月入PICU的149名实习同学采用了"一对一带教"方法,观察"一对一带教"模式收效。结果:护生理论知识、专科操作技能以及综合素质考核成绩优秀。结论:"一对一带教"模式,使护生的整体综合能力明显提高,带教老师的内涵也得到了提升,达到了教学相长。
Objective：Assess the influence of“one to one”teaching model to the quality of clinical nursing education.Method：“One to one”teaching model was given to 149 nursing students in PICU from July 2009 to October 2013.Theory knowledge,practice skill and comprehensive quality were evaluated at end of their practice.Result：The result of theory knowledge,practice skill and comprehensive quality of nursing students are excellent.Conclusion：Comprehensive ability of both nursing students and teachers are enhanced by“one to one”teaching model.
