人性化护理在慢性肺源性心脏病患者中护理作用分析

Analysis of Nursing Effect of Humanistic Nursing in Patients with Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease

目的:探讨对慢性肺源性心脏病患者采用人性化护理的临床效果分析。方法:选取2012年1月-2013年1月笔者所在医院收治的慢性肺源性心脏病患者70例,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和干预组,各35例。对照组采用常规临床护理,干预组在常规护理基础上根据每位患者具体情况采用合理的人性化护理,观察两组患者临床效果。结果:干预组肺动脉压、血气与护理前比较有明显改善,同时其指标均优于对照组。干预组总有效率为97.14%,优于对照组的88.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人性化护理在慢性肺源性心脏病患者中有着明显的治疗效果,各项指标改善情况均优于常规护理。

Objective： Analysis of the clinical effect of humanized nursing the patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease.Method： Selection from January 2012 to January 2013, the author＇s hospital treated 70 cases of patients with chronic cor pulmonale, using the random number table method divided into control group and intervention group, 35 cases. The control group with routine clinical care, intervention group on the basis of conventional nursing care according to the specific conditions for each patient USES the reasonable humane care, to observe clinical effect of two groups of patients.Result： Intervention group pulmonary artery pressure, blood gas compared with before treatment had obviously improved, and the indicators were better than the control group. Intervention group total effective rate was 97.14%, better than that of control group 88.57%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Humanized nursing has obvious therapeutic effect in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease, the indicators are better than the conventional nursing care.
