振动排痰机联合中药封包治疗昏迷患者肺部感染的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Vibration Sputum Elimination Machine Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Packet in Treatment of Coma Patients with Lung Infection

目的:探讨振动排痰机联合中药封包治疗昏迷患者肺部感染的临床效果。方法:将68例重度脑外伤昏迷患者,采用随机数字表法分为A、B两组,各34例。A组采用单独使用振动排痰机治疗,B组采用振动排痰联合中药封包方法进行治疗,两组均给予抗感染、雾化吸入等常规护理治疗。结果:B组患者痰量减少、呼吸音改善情况明显优于A组,呼吸频率低于A组,血氧饱和度高于A组,总有效率高于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:采用振动排痰与中药封包联合的方法治疗神经外科昏迷患者肺部感染临床效果明显。

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of vibration sputum elimination machine combined with traditional Chinese medicine packet in treatment of coma patients with lung infection.Method：68 cases of severe traumatic brain injury coma patients,randomly divided into A,B two group,34 cases in each group.Group A was used alone vibration sputum elimination machine treatment,group B with vibration sputum elimination combined with traditional Chinese medicine packets,two groups were given anti infection,inhalation and routine nursing treatment.Result：The phlegm reduction,breath mend matters of Group B were significantly better than that of group A,respiratory rate was lower than that of group A,blood oxygen saturation was higher than that of group A,the total efficiency was higher than that of group A,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.Conclusion：The clinical effect of the vibration row phlegm combined with traditional Chinese medicine for packet lung treatment of coma patients in the department of neurosurgery infection is obvious.
