心理干预联合饮食护理在妊娠剧吐治疗中的效果观察

Observation on the Treatment Effects of the Psychological Intervention Combined with Diet Nursing Care on Hyperemesis Gravidarum

目的:观察心理干预联合饮食护理在妊娠剧吐治疗中的效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院收治的妊娠剧吐患者24例,按照数字随机法随机分成观察组和对照组,各12例。对照组采取饮食护理,观察组在此基础上采取心理干预,比较两组临床效果。结果:观察组第3天总缓解率为83.33%,对照组第3天总缓解率58.33%,观察组第3天总缓解率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组第6天总缓解率91.67%,对照组第6天总缓解率66.67%,观察组第6天总缓解率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对妊娠剧吐患者实施心理干预联合饮食护理的效果显著,可有效减少呕吐发生次数。

Objective： To observe the psychological intervention combined effect of diet nursing in the treatment of hyperemesis gravidarum. Method： Select the author of hyperemesis gravidarum patients admitted in the hospital 24 cases, according to the digital random method randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group had 12 eases.Control group took diet care, observation group took psychological intervention on the basis of diet care, compared two groups of clinical effect.Result： The total remission rates of the patients in the observation group and the control group at the third day were 83.33% and 58.33%, respectively. The total remission rate of the patients in the observation group in the third day was obviously higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The total remission rates of the patients in the observation group and the control group at the sixth day were 91.67% and 66.67%, respectively. The total remission rate of the patients in the observation group at the sixth day was obviously higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The treatment effects of the psychological intervention combined with diet nursing care on the patients with hyperemesis gravidamm are dramatic, which can effectively reduce the vomiting times.
