摘要
基层医院护理质量的好坏直接关系到患者的健康和医院的声誉,随着护理模式的转变,"以人为本"、做好人性化护理将成为指导护理人员的基本理念。护理人员要在护理工作中与时俱进,从细节上实施人文关怀和个性化护理,以满足不断发展的妇产科护理学的要求,促进医患和谐关系的实现。
The quality of nursing care in county-level hospitals is directly related to the patient＆#39;s health and hospitals’reputation.With the transformation of nursing mode,the concept of people-oriented and care for individuals will become the fundamental guidance for nursing staff.Nurses should keep pace with modern development of medicine,carry out individualized care with humanity in order to meet the demand of gynecology and obstetrics nursing as well as enhance the realization of harmonious relationship between patients and medical workers.
