老年人桡骨远端不稳定型骨折的手术治疗

Operation Treatment of Unstable Distal Radius Fractures in Elderly Patients

目的：探讨老年人桡骨远端不稳定型骨折的手术治疗情况。方法：本组28例老年患者不稳定型桡骨远端骨折，采用掌侧桡骨远端支撑钢板（T型）固定。结果：28例患者均得到随访，时间8~14月，平均10个月，都达到骨性愈合，未出现内固定断裂、松动、腕管综合征。本组28例患者，优20例，良6例，可2例，差0例。结论：采用掌侧桡骨远端钢板内固定手术治疗，术后良好的功能锻炼，可达到满意的腕关节功能。

Objective：To investigate the situation of the elderly in the operation treatment of unstable distal radius fractures.Method：28 cases old patients with unstable fractures of the distal radius,adopted the volar distal radius support plate（T） fixation.Result：28 patients were followed up,time to 8~14 months, had reached the osseous healing,without internal fixation of fracture,loose,and carpal tunnel syndrome.This group of 28 cases,excellent in 26 cases,good in 6 cases,fair in 2 cases,poor in 0 case.Conclusion：Patients can achieve satisfactory wrist function after the operation treatment of distal radius volar fixed side plate with positive postoperative functional exercise.
