摘要
压力灭菌器作为消毒灭菌设备,对医疗器械、玻璃器皿、溶液培养基等物品进行消毒灭菌,被广泛应用于医疗卫生食品、科研和农业等行业。可以将灭菌器用压力模块置于灭菌器内,采集灭菌器内的压力值,保证校准灭菌器内的压力工作。研究和设计了一套用于此类压力模块量值溯源的系统装置,该装置测量范围为0～0.8 MPa,精度可达到0.02级,以供参考。
Pressure sterilizer as sterilization equipment, medical equipment, glassware, and other items was sterilized medium, is widely used in food, such as health care, research and agriculture industries. Used for Sterilization pressure modules can be placed in the sterilizer, collecting pressure within the sterilizer to ensure that the pressure within the working calibration sterilizer. Research and design for such a system means a pressure module traceability of the measurement range of the device is 0 - 0.8 MPa, precision can reach 0.02 for reference.
