摘要
在金属热处理工艺试验中,常用的实验设备主要有箱式加热用电阻炉,控制方式主要包括自动和手动。在自动加热过程中,智能选取一种功率进行;在升温过程中,不能按照变功率、分段方式自动完成。在热处理工艺试验升温过程中,各个分段中的升温速率要求、标准均不相同。因此,必须采用自动与手动有机结合在一起的方式。主要针对箱式加热用电阻炉温控制系统通过日本岛电FP93可编程PID调节器进行改造的工艺和原理进行深入分析,探究新时期智能型高温炉控制系统的设计。
