MESIS System Localization Development and Application in Shanxi Province

气象服务信息系统(MESIS)是面向决策气象服务人员的新一代业务服务系统。山西省气象决策服务中心对MESIS系统的MICDB数据库、气象制图后台作业系统(MSPGS)和交互制作系统进行了本地化二次开发,并将其应用于决策服务业务工作中。本地化技术开发解决了数据源选取、资料格式不统一的问题,建立了山西省的MICDB数据库,完成了山西省GIS地图模板和后台绘图模型的制作,实现了常规决策气象服务产品图每日定时自动绘制,调整了MESIS系统界面和检索项配置,使MESIS系统界面简单、操作便捷、功能实用。
