加强干部队伍建设　提高教学管理水平

Strengthening the Contingent of Teaching Administrative Cadres and Enhancing the Level of Teaching Administration

本文从分析高等学校教学管理干部队伍现状入手，提出要实现高等学校教学管理工作的科学化、规范化的要求，提高学校管理水平、教学质量和办学效益，必须重视抓好教学管理干部队伍的建设。

Starting with the analysis of the present condition of the contingent of teaching adminis- trative cadres in colleges and universities, the author puts forward that in order to fulfil the requirements of making the teaching administration in colleges and universities scientific and standardized, enhancing the level of administration, improving the quality of teaching and increasing the benefit of running a college, much attention must be devoted to the strengthening of the contingent of teaching administrative cadres.
