摘要
以利益相关者理论为基础,通过对县级公立医院补偿机制改革利益相关者的行为分析,从目标函数、动力机制、约束机制和道德风险的角度构建利益相关者的一般均衡模型。模型表明,政策的价值取向以及政府的投入、监管等方面的责任是县级公立医院补偿机制帕累托改进的关键因素。
Based on stakeholder theory,through the analysis of the stakeholders＇ behavior in compensation mechanism of county-level public hospital reform,and from the angle of objective function,dynamic mechanism,constraint mechanism and moral risk,a general equilibrium model of stakeholders is constructed.The model shows the key is policy value with government responsibility in investment and supervision,etc during the reform of county public hospital compensation mechanism.
